Northern Cement shareholders approve amending articles of association

Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders approved amending articles of association during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

They ratified amending Articles 15 and 22 of the company’s articles of association related to business management and board meetings.
