MESC board names Al Qunaibit Chairman, Al Shammari Vice Chairman

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors appointed today, July 4, Yahya Al Qunaibit as Chairman and Saad Al Shammari as Vice Chairman for the three-year term, started on July 2, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board also formed the executive committee, chaired by Ali Abdulrazzaq Al Ghamdi, and the nominations and remunerations committee, headed by Mousa Abdullah Al-Ruwaili.

 

During the meeting, Nawaf Al-Anazi was named secretary to the board, while representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were named.
