Najran Cement shareholders elect new board, audit committee members

Najran Cement Co.'s shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Aug. 9, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on July 17, according to a bourse filing.

The new board members are Abdulhadi Aldohan, Abdulsalam Aldraibi, Ahmed Khogeer, Ali Al Yami, Fahd Al Rajhi, Majed Muslim, Waleed Al Mousa, Waleed Bamarouf and Ziyad Aljard.

The approval was also given for the formation of an audit committee as well as defining its role, work procedures and remuneration of its members for three years starting Aug. 9, 2022.

The members are Waleed Bamarouf (non-executive), Waleed Al Mousa (non-executive), as well as Abdulelah Al-Haroura and Nabieh Al-Jehani (outside Board members).
