Al Jouf Cement appoints Al Bawardi as board, audit committee member

Al Jouf Cement Co. appointed Saud Al Bawardi as a board member in the vacant seat for the current term ending on Aug. 5, 2023, effective as of today, Sept. 1, according to a bourse filing.

He was also appointed an audit committee member for the same term, effective today.

Al Bawardi has extensive executive management and board experience in several private and listed companies.

He holds a Master’s degree in business administration (international management) from Zurich, Switzerland, a Bachelor’s degree in media from King Saud University, and a brief Master’s in Communications.
