Tadawul trading screen
The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) published the ownership report of listed companies on the market on June 30, 2023.
The report includes ownership of shares of 18 companies for the purpose of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), with a total of 78.81 million shares, an increase of 5.30 million shares, compared to the end of Q1 2023.
This quarter included the addition of Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) to the list after allocating 2.95 million of its shares to ESOP.
The firms that held the biggest percentage of their shares are United Electronics Co. (eXtra), retaining 4.75% of its shares, followed by Almasane Alkobra Mining Co. (AMAK) at 1.75%, and Almarai Co. holding 1.55%.
