Premium residency holders can hire same count of domestic workers at no fees as Saudis

The Cabinet, chaired by King Salman, decided today, Oct. 10, to put premium residency holders on par with Saudi nationals in terms of recruiting the same number of domestic workers without financial consideration, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The Cabinet also agreed to cancel the controls allowing farmers to export their surplus agricultural machinery and equipment.

In addition, the Cabinet decided in principle that trains should be one of the approved means of transport for civilian and military employees whenever it is legally necessary to secure the means of transport.

The Cabinet affirmed the Kingdom's support for the efforts aimed at stabilizing and balancing oil markets, as well as boosting global economic growth rates.
