Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) was awarded a project by the Ministry of Health for implementing, activating and maintaining the electronic file for Hafar Al-Batin Health Cluster hospitals at a total value of SAR 63.34 million, including VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The expected date for signing the contract is Aug. 18, 2024, the company said, noting that there are no related parties.

2P expects the related financial impact to be positive from 2024 to 2027.

 

The project includes implementing, developing and operating the electronic health file system in the following hospitals affiliated with the Hafar Al-Batin Health Cluster: King Khalid, Maternity, Al-Hafar, Psychiatric, Convalescence, Al-Qaisumah and Al-Saeerah Hospitals.

 

The work scope includes hosting on cloud computing in a data center rated (Tier 3) or higher; linking with the unified health file “Nafis"; linking with national registries; providing the necessary software, licenses and equipment to apply and operate the electronic medical file on cloud computing and all activities necessary for the installation, operation, development, modernization and maintenance of the electronic medical file system.

 

It further includes applying, activating and upgrading the system to the latest version; migrating old data for each facility from the systems applied in it; making the necessary modifications to the system to cover all procedures and paths within the patient’s treatment journey within and between the cluster’s hospitals and covering all requirements for Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) and Joint Commission International accreditation.
