CHUBB shareholders OK no dividends for 2023, elect board for next term

Shareholders of CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. approved the board’s recommendation on paying no dividends for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 25.

They also elected Nikolay Dmitriev, Abdulaziz Al-Khereiji, Mohammed Al-Khereiji, Giles Ward, Serge Osouf, Stephen Dixon, Wahdan Al-Kadi, Hisham Al-Khereiji, and Christian Mounis as board members for the next three-year term starting July 25, 2024.
