The first contract is for the sale of cement products to Suleiman bin Saleh Almohileb, with an estimated annual value of more than SAR 70 million. The 12-month contract was signed without any preferential conditions and at the market price.

The second contract, effective as of its date, involved purchasing a fleet of transport vehicles from Suleiman bin Saleh Almohileb for about SAR 31.8 million in exchange for company products and debt reduction.

This contract is expected to boost the company’s market share and reduce transportation costs.

A total of 50% of vehicles were supplied and received at Al Jouf Cement’s factory, while the remaining vehicles are projected to be received by Q3 2024 once the receipt process is completed at the factory grounds.
