For more details on negotiated deals

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from the market price. It is conducted under the control of Tadawul and in adhereance to the relevant capital market laws and regulations.

The negotiated deal does not impact directly on the last deal price, highest/lowest stock price, opening/closing price, or market/sector indices.

Saudi Fisheries was recently notified by its shareholder Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Co. (SALIC) of the latter’s sale of its entire 40% stake in the former, amounting to 16 million shares, to Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Humaid for SAR 122.4 million, Argaam’s data showed.
