MIS receives new orders to increase data centers capacity for SAR 82.5M

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received new orders to boost the capacity of data centers being developed and designed with Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC), at a value of SAR 82.55 million (including VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul.

In September, MIS inked a letter of intent (LoI) with SFC on behalf of Saudi Data Centre Fund 1 to expand data centers’ capacity by 64MW. The capacity expansion of the data centers will have an estimated value of SAR 1.95-2.5 billion, including VAT, according to data available with Argaam.

 

In July 2021, the company received new orders to increase the capacity of data centers being developed and designed with SFC, totaling SAR 93.03 million (including VAT).

 

MIS signed on July 4, 2021, agreements for the development, design, and management of data center facilities with SFC.
