Ataa Educational Co. renewed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Digital Future Co. for additional 20 days, until Nov. 15, 2024.

According to data available on Argaam, Ataa had received an offer from Digital Future expressing interest to acquire Creative Development Co. and Al Faisal International Academy, branches of Arabian Education and Training Group that is 100%-owned by Ataa.
