Tadweeer inks MoU to set up smelters, recycling units

National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) signed on Nov. 11 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Re Sustainability Middle East Co. to study the possibility of establishing smelters and recycling units in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The MoU also includes setting up a joint venture (JV) between both parties, at a later stage.

The MoU is valid for one year and has no related financial impact.

 

The deal has no related parties, and the company will duly unveil any related developments, the statement added.
