The company said the hospital will open and begin operations on May 24, with services available to patients starting the same day.

Sulaiman Al Habib confirmed the completion of testing and commissioning for all operational requirements, including the readiness of medical, nursing, technical, and administrative staff. Operations will be launched gradually in line with demand and operational capacity.

The financial impact of the new hospital is expected to appear in the company’s financial statements starting from the second quarter of 2025, the statement added.

In May 2021, the group’s board of directors approved establishing a new hospital in Al-Kharj through its fully owned subsidiary, Sehat Al-Kharj for Healthcare Co., at an estimated cost of SAR 800 million.

The hospital is expected to have a capacity of 141 beds.
