Al Sorayia establishes SAR 5m Calcium Carbonates joint venture

Al Soryia Trading and Industrial Group company  announced on tadawul establishing the Arabian company for manufacturing Calcium Carbonates in Jeddah as a joint venture with Al Jazeera paints company.

 The SAR 5m project is 52% owned by Al Sorayia and will be financed by the two companies’ internal resources along with local banks credit.

The project is scheduled to go on stream in Q3 of 2014 with the financial effect realized in Q4 of the same year.
