National Agriculture Marketing Company’s (Thimar) board of directors agreed on Tuesday to sell 20 percent of the company’s stake in its affiliate Thimar & Wasmi Agriculture Company.
The deal is to provide liquidity necessary for expansions of the company’s activities, Thimar said in a short statement.
Further details of the deal will be announced later, the company added.
