Investors traded on Sunday 1,516 shares of Al Baha Investment Company over-the-counter (OTC) at SAR 3 per share.
This is Al Baha’s third OTC trading session since the Saudi bourse approved the company’s request in November.
Last September, Saudi’s Capital Market Authority, permitted the process on suspended stocks for companies that have accrued losses 50 percent or more of their capital.
The first OTC trading session was in November when the company traded 850 shares at SAR 9 per share.
The second session was in May when 9,350 shares were traded at SAR 7 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
