Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) plans to open 35 showrooms by the end of 2018, Chief Executive Sameer Mohammad Al Hamaidi told Argaam.
SACO’s sales in Q2 2017 rose 7 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 376 million, in addition to sales from its subsidiary, Medscan Terminal Company, which amounted to SAR 4.72 million.
Net profit in Q2 rose to SAR 40.36 million, a 9 percent YoY increase.
The company strengthened its partnerships with suppliers to ensure that it’s providing the best products and pricing for its customers. It also lowered expenses and rationalized electricity consumption, he said.
