Saudi Arabia’s ministry of environment, water and agriculture plans to offer 108 tenders worth SAR 5.65 billion this year related to sanitation projects across the Kingdom, Al-Eqtisadiah reported, citing the director of sanitation department, Majed Al Ruwaili.
The ministry has launched a program to install 20 batching plants, of which 10 plants are under construction this year, he said, adding that the ministry is considering offering these projects to be implemented by the private sector.
