Dur Hospitality leases phase III of DARRAQ project in Riyadh

Dur Hospitality Company (Dur) has leased all units of the third phase of DARRAQ residential project, located in Riyadh’s exclusive Diplomatic Quarter, Al Watan newspaper reported, citing Sultan Al-Otaibi vice-president of assets and properties.

The company aims to develop and manage a number of luxurious residential projects in order to provide integrated housing compounds, he said.

According to data compiled by Argaam, DARRAQ project includes five phases of 453 villas and apartments. Phase III, which has 76 villas and 35 apartments, was completed in Q2 this year with a total cost of SAR 198 million.
