Taleem REIT Fund’s deputy chairman, Monuira Al Dosari, has submitted her resignation from the board effective Jan. 11, 2018, find manager Saudi Fransi Capital said in a bourse statement.
The remaining board members will maintain their membership, the firm added.
Shah G. Merza, head of asset management at Saudi Fransi Capital, will continue to serve as chairman and executive member of the board.
Mohammed F. Al Bokhari and Hani I. Obaid will also continue as board members, the statement said.
