Malath, ACIG end merger talks

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. and Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) have halted talks for a potential merger, as they failed to reach a preliminary agreement over valuation, both firms said in separate bourse statements on Thursday. 

 

In March 2017, the insurers reached a preliminary agreement to study the feasibility of a potential merger, Argaam reported.
