Foreign investors hiked stakes in 34 listed firms last Tuesday

Qualified foreign investors (QFIs) increased their stakes in 34 Tadawul-listed firms on Tuesday, Aug. 14, while 49 companies saw foreign investors cutting stakes, market data compiled by Argaam showed.

 

United Electronics Co. (eXtra), Saudi Indian Cooperative Insurance Co. (Wafa) and SABB Takaful Co. were the top companies seeing further purchases by foreign investors. 

 

Foreign investors raised their shareholdings in eXtra and Wafa by 0.19 percent each and in SABB Takaful by 0.07 percent.

Meanwhile, Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. and Alinma Bank saw the highest stock sales by foreign investors, with QFIs offloading 0.08 percent and 0.07 percent of their holdings, respectively.
