Saudi’s housing ministry launches 9th phase of Sakani

Saudi Arabia’s housing ministry launched today the ninth phase of its Sakani housing program, providing products to 33,470 Saudi beneficiaries.

 

The batch includes the following products:

 

1) 8,300 property loans.

2) 5,961 residential units.

3) 11,211 residential land plots (free of charge).

4) 8,000 ready-made units.

 

Geographically, the ninth edition of the housing program allocated 5,961 residential units in Riyadh.

 

As for the free land plots, 685 are offered in Riyadh, 2,657 in Makkah, 5,200 in Assir, 650 in Tabuk, 521 in the Northern boarders area, 620 in Jazan, 773 in Jouf and 105 in Al-Baha.

 

The beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) are offered 2,189 loans in Riyadh, 1,346 in Makkah, 1,015 in the Eastern Province, 724 in Qassim, 706 in Maddinah, Assir has 609, Najran 311, Hail 308, Tabuk 299, Northern boarders 234, Jouf has 228, while Jazan and Al-Baha have 169 and 162 loans, respectively.

 

The option to buy read-made units from the market included 1,924 in Riyadh, 1,950 in Makkah, 2,355 in the Eastern Province, 515 in Assir, 463 in Maddinah, 382 in Qassim, while Hail has 266 and Tabuk 145.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Sakani Program has offered over 215,000 housing products in its nine editions.
