Al-Khodari expects to disclose H1 financials in October

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects to reveal H1 2018 financial statements in October, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The delay is not related to the company's operations, as the contracting firm is still fulfilling some audit requirements.

 

It would be difficult to measure the financial impact of delaying the publication of H1 financials, the Saudi contractor said, adding that it will disclose the related impact, if any, later on.

 

In August, Al-Khodari expected to announce the first-half financial statements in September, Argaam reported.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) halted trading on the stock starting Aug. 12 until the company reveals its financial statements for the period ending on June 30, 2018.
