Real estate loans provided to individuals and corporate clients by commercial banks in Saudi Arabia grew by 5 percent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to around SAR 228.6 billion in Q3 2018, data from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom’s central bank, showed.
The total real estate loans to individuals rose by 3 percent QoQ to SAR 132.6 billion.
The total real estate loans to corporate clients, also, increased by around 9 percent to SAR 96 billion, when compared to the previous quarter.
