SAPTCO elects new board of directors

Saudi Arabia Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) has elected new board directors for the next three-year term, starting from Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Khalid Al-Hogail, Raed Al-Tamimi, Turki Al-Mubarak, Musaed Al-Dawood and Saud Al-Nimr were elected as board members.

 

The audit committee was also formed.
