1) Saudi International Petrochemical Co.’s (Sipchem) board of directors has recommended a 6.5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 0.65 per share, amounting to SAR 238.33 million.
2) Arab National Bank’s (ANB) board of directors has recommended a 50 percent capital hike to SAR 15 billion from SAR 10 billion through the issue of one bonus share for every two shares held.
3) Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s rights trading period ended yesterday, Dec. 24, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
4) Thob Al Aseel Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the first half of 2018 today, Dec. 25, 2018.
5) The National Commercial Bank (NCB) said it has started initial talks with Riyad Bank for a merger, both banks said on bourse filings.
