Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman is planning to visit India as part of his three-nation tour this month, the Indian External Affairs Ministry on Thursday.
“Dates of the visit are currently being worked out,” media reports quoted ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar.
During his maiden visit, he is expected to inaugurate the new embassy complex in New Delhi, also considered one of Saudi Arabia’s largest embassies worldwide.
Prince Salman, who will be accompanied by a large delegation of ministers and high officials, is likely to further strengthen India-Saudi Arabia energy cooperation besides discussing enhancement of ties across several areas, including IT, health and tourism.
