SIDC posts SAR 3 mln profit in Q1 2019 on higher sales

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 3 million for the first quarter of 2019, compared to a net profit of SAR 0.17 million in year earlier period, on higher non-operating revenue and increased sales.

When compared to the previous quarter, SIDC swung to profit in Q1, versus net losses of SAR 20.2 million in Q4 2018, due to lower operating expenses.
