The company attributed the lower losses to higher year-on-year (YoY) momentum in business operations of hotels and malls.
However, fixed nature of the cost of revenues resulted in gross loss. General and administrative expenses fell by 27% YoY.
When compared to Q4 2021, the company turned to a loss from a profit of SAR 1.290 million.
Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, reached SAR 8.444 billion as of March 31, 2022, compared to SAR 6.643 billion a year earlier.
Accumulated losses amounted to SAR 1.362 billion at the end of Q1 2022, or 14.65% of capital.
