Total turnover reached nearly SAR 2.9 billion.
Saudi Aramco and Saudi National Bank fell 1% each to SAR 30.85 and SAR 49.15, respectively.

The two companies signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding for a potential share swap deal, including a non-binding agreement on the relevant structure and exchange ratio.
