Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.3%, or 145 points, lower at 11,073 points today, May 3.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 6 billion.
The decline coincides with a fall of up to 3% in oil prices amid demand concerns and global growth prospects.
Al Rajhi Bank and Aramco declined 1% to SAR 74.10 and SAR 35.10, respectively.
Alinma Bank, stc, solutions, Sipchem, Dar Al Arkan, and Americana fell between 3% and 6%.
Amlak closed at 16.40 riyals (-6%)following the end of the eligibility for cash dividends.
