Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended the week in the green, surging 1.2%, or 138 points, to 11,424 points today, Aug. 10. The total traded value reached about SAR 6.2 billion.
Saudi Aramco gained 3% to SAR 34 after nearly 29 million shares changed hands at around SAR 1 billion.
Today’s gainers were spearheaded by Almarai with a 6% surge.
ACWA Power added over 3% to close at SAR 184. The company posted a 6% rise in the second-quarter earnings, compared to Q2 2022.
