The board of directors of Al Ahli REIT Fund (1) approved a 3.25% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019, at SAR 0.325 per unit, amounting to SAR 44.69 million, the fund manager NCB Capital said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 3.2% from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2019, the fund manager added.
