Taiba Holding Co., a real estate developer in Al-Madina, reported a net profit of SAR 361.44 million for the first nine months of 2015; a 61 percent fall compared to the same period last year.

The net profit drop was attributed to the net effect of the compensation received in 2014 for the land and property acquired to expand the Prophet's Holy Mosque. The company reported a net profit of SAR 102.14 million in Q3 this year, 88 percent lower compared to the same quarter last year.
