Eastern Province Cement Co.’s shareholders approved a 25% cash dividend, at SAR 2.5 per share, for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting held on April 11, 2021.

Shareholders also delegated the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
In addition, shareholders gave the go-ahead for the forming the audit committee and setting the remuneration for its members, starting from the meeting date to the end of the current term on Jan. 28, 2024. The committee members include Ibrahim Al Rwayes (non-executive),Waleed Mohammad Al Jaafari (independent), Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Khonin (independent), Majed Saleh Al Rajhi (independent) and Jasem Shaheen Al Rumaihi (non-board member as an independent candidate specializing in financial and accounting fields).
