Anaam Holding rights trading period ends today

Anaam International Holding Group rights trading period ends today, Nov. 9, 2020.

 

Rights trading started on Nov. 2, to increase the company’s capital from SAR 15 million to SAR 105 million, through a rights issue of nine million shares at SAR 10 per share.

 

Rights issue subscription period, also started on Nov. 2, will end on Nov. 12, 2020.

 

Rights holders are entitled to subscribe to the new shares partially or fully on a pro rata basis. Unsubscribed shares and share fractions will be offered to institutional investors.
