Edaa deposits Saudi Enaya subscribed securities today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Dec. 5, Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders.

 

The subscription period for rights issue shares ended on Nov. 22, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The subscription began on Nov. 10, through offering 13 million rights at a price of SAR 10 per share, with a total value of SAR 130 million, in order to increase the company’s capital from SAR 100 million to SAR 230 million.

 

It is noteworthy that the subscription is 61.66% covered, where investors subscribed to 8.02 million shares out of 13 million total shares, while the coverage for the rump offering reached 77.53%.
