Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) said on Sunday that it sold six land plots for SAR 15.6 million.
The company realized a capital gain of almost SAR 14.2 million, which will be recognized in SPPC’s consolidated interim statement of income for the first quarter of 2015.
Spread out on an area of over 6,000 square meters, the lands are located in Al-Manar district in Jeddah, SPPC said in a statement to Tadawul.
The lands, on which some of the company’s warehouses are built, is owned by SPPC’s subsidiary Almadina Printing & Publishing Co.
