Alandalus Property Q1 net profit rises 5%

Alandalus Property Co. reported a net profit SAR 24.7 million for the first quarter of 2016, a 5 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase that the company attributed to higher rent revenue leading to increase in gross profit, rise in income from investments and decrease in marketing expenses.

 

Profit for Q1 was 14 percent higher compared to the previous quarter due to rise in gross profit, which was driven by lower cost and decrease in financing costs.
