Najran Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 2.5% of capital (SAR 0.25 per share) for H2 2022, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on April 11, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
