NCLE shareholders to vote on 16.5% cash dividend for FY 2022/23 on Dec. 27

National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) shareholders will vote on the board’s proposal to pay a cash dividend at 16.5% of capital, or SAR 1.65 per share, for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Dec. 27, as detailed in the following table:

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends semi-annually or quarterly basis the fiscal year 2023/2024.
